At Dior, Ray-Ban & More!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective cases are included and intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team inspects the items for a refund.
